A confirmation email is then sent to the user with credentials to access the ReliaTel VoIP QoS Monitoring portal, where they can immediately configure their Avaya, Cisco and/or Lync alarming and dashboard criteria for up to 250 end points per platform, for a total of 750.
Once configured, the ReliaTel free tool provides users with detailed views of Avaya, Cisco and Lync quality alerts, as well as dynamic QoS dashboards to help pinpoint the root cause of developing and historical voice quality problems.
