TONE SOFTWARE CORPORATION software products do not impact the content or integrity of data during execution, and do not utilize currency symbols of any kind, therefore the product will produce no logical or arithmetic inconsistencies when processing European Currency symbols within the data handled. Further, the product will allow and provide for the accurate processing of data, without programming or processing errors, resulting from the utilization of European Currency symbolics and values.

TONE SOFTWARE CORPORATION products will operate according to their functional specifications provided all operating system components and other interactive software products and systems perform correct European Currency processing, if applicable. Tone Software Corporation makes the above additional representations and warranties subject to the existing product license agreement with its customers, the terms of which are incorporated into this statement.
