Along with the platform and all underlying technology, Tone Software is immediately integrating key Streamline product development and service delivery staff into the company, and is providing full product support and professional services for the Streamline technology going forward. The Streamline Service Management Platform enables enterprises and managed service providers (MSPs) to conduct VoIP pre-network assessments to determine their IP network’s readiness for voice over IP (VoIP) traffic – an increasingly important step in ensuring the success of VoIP deployments. The technology also performs IP voice network optimization, as well as in-depth IP voice quality of service (QoS) analysis, including real-time capture of session statistics on every call and real-time calculation of MOS for every call.
