The
STEPAR Reporting facility enables users to quickly and easily
produce comprehensive statistical reports detailing the alarm
activity, performance trends, voice traffic and trunk utilization,
CDR, and capacity planning data for all ReliaTel managed systems,
servers, PBXs, VoIP, IP Telephony and network devices.
Through STEPAR reports, users can easily produce and use
critical operational, performance, and capacity data such
as:
- Mean Time to Repair
- Recurring Problem Statistics
- Problem Frequency
- Operational Bottlenecks & Hot Spots
- User Activity and Access Data
- Voice, Data, and Network Performance Metrics & Trends
- Call Handling Patterns and Issues
- Peak Call Volume and Busy Hour

- Trunk Analysis, Utilization, and Recommendations
- Capacity Planning Data & Statistics
Applying user-customizable thresholds and formulas, STEPAR
produces comprehensive text-based reports, charts, and graphs
containing actionable information in several formats including
.PDF, Excel, or .CSV exportable files.
STEPAR is easily accessed through any standard web browser,
and users simply point and click to initiate pre-defined report
creation, and customize reports for specific user or department
needs. STEPAR generates reports based on user-specified date
range parameters, with the option to view reports online,
or send reports to graphical or line mode printers.
Report generation can be scheduled for automatic generation
on a periodic basis, with optional automatic delivery to specific
e-mail destinations or printers.
Through STEPAR, the critical statistical data necessary
to enhance overall service levels is automatically gathered,
formatted into easy-to-read reports, charts, and graphs, and
rapidly delivered to authorized users. |
