ReliaTel provides direct access to all managed systems & devices, with complete control from any local or remote location. ReliaTel's network-independent, direct management design delivers the deepest access and control possible, enabling users to interact with the managed system or device as if they were physically in front of the device to:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics or recovery operations
• View the system or device reboot sequence and interact with the sequence
• Correct the BIOS, INIT, or BOOT settings to resolve core operating system problems prior to restart or reboot
• Control and recycle the power supply of devices to initiate a device reset or reboot.
