The ReliaTel Performance Dashboard delivers a dynamic, graphical view of both granular and aggregated performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the Voice and IT infrastructure.

Management, Operations, and Network staff immediately know, at-a-glance, current performance ranges, critical KPI trends, and threats to overall service levels using the dynamically updated Dashboard. The ReliaTel Dashboard provides both Voice and IT professionals with:

  • Real visibility into current performance levels measured against business-specific
    operational metrics and established performance thresholds
  • Early indicators of performance problems developing at the individual element
    level as well as the aggregated operational level across the entire infrastructure
  • Actionable performance trend information within the context of business needs
    and service level compliance targets

Real-time performance metrics are analyzed based on customizable threshold ranges, and continuously presented using multi-zoned gauges that reflect optimum, cautionary, and critical performance levels. Alarming is automatically triggered when performance metrics reach levels outside established thresholds, and automated notification is initiated to immediately alert staff of potentially adverse conditions.

Customizable, Personal Dashboard Views...

The Performance Dashboard is available directly on users’ desktops within the ReliaTel Management GUI for immediate access anytime during a user's session.

The Dashboard is highly configurable to display the exact metrics in the exact format users desire. Each user can customize their own personal Dashboard settings to meet their specific needs through simple point and click selections within the ReliaTel web-based management GUI. Options include:

  • Choose the gauges utilized within a specific view on an individual user basis
  • Create multiple “dashboard pages" presenting different gauges and metrics
  • Optionally title each page with descriptive labels to be displayed on the dashboard
  • Set multiple customized pages to display on a rotating basis at user-defined intervals
  • Easily pause rotating page displays to a specific page until the user resumes rotation
  • Save preferred page views, and set those views as the default displayed at login

The Dashboard is also available in a full screen mode, which can be displayed on the large wall screens found in most NOC environments. A variety of different dashboard views can be presented in rotation at specified intervals for easy viewing by all users.

The ReliaTel Performance Dashboard is fully secure, restricting all users’ view of performance gauges and metrics to only elements they are authorized to view.
