ReliaTel Highly Flexible Design Adapts to any Business
Model
ReliaTel is often implemented to centrally receive alarms
and provide remote access to telecommunications devices from
a global command center or NOC with 24 X 7 staffing. Regional
monitoring can also be implemented in cases where a command
center or NOC is not established.
Regional monitoring can be set up to "follow the sun" for
24 X 7 monitoring. "Follow the sun" monitoring
is achieved by sending all alarms to a staffed regional command
center during their primary shift. Before the staff leaves,
ReliaTel automatically sends all alarms and open events to
the next staffed regional command center. As the globe turns,
ReliaTel keeps track of all telecommunications issues relating
to the monitored systems regardless of location, and each
regional center can utilize ReliaTel to ensure peak service
levels across the entire global telecommunications environment. |
