Complete Audit Trail & Activity
Log
ReliaTel provides a complete audit trail and log of all
system, device, and user activity to speed diagnostics and
trouble-shooting. The log is accessible directly from the
Log Browse facility within the ReliaTel web-based management
GUI, and is available to authorized users from any workstation
through any standard browser.
All log entries are date and time stamped for easy utilization,
and to facilitate statistical calculations such as "mean
time to resolution". 
The
ReliaTel Log Browser facility provides customizable message
selection filters, enabling users to rapidly pinpoint the
specific message or string desired. In addition, full sort
and find capabilities are provided including sort or find
by date, and sort or find by text.
