		Details: Add a facility to maintain all user's profile settings including, but not limited to, new dynamic display information, copy profiles, filters, etc. Users will be able to modify and delete their own existing settings.

		Details: Include layout selection/de-selection in site-wide defaults. The DEFAULT CONFIG command will present a list of available layouts with the current site-wide defaults pre-selected. Users can select or de-select layouts and save the new list as the site-wide default.
