The ReliaTel Performance Dashboard delivers a dynamic, graphical view of both granular and aggregated performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the VoIP, PBX, IP Voice, and IT network infrastructure.

Through the dashboard, Management, Operations, and Network staff have continuous visibility into business-critical voice network and infrastructure metrics including:

  • VoIP Call Quality, Traffic, and Capacity Trends
  • VoIP Network Performance and Response Analysis
  • PBX Performance, Traffic, and Call Handling
  • IT Network Performance, Throughput, and Availability
  • Application Performance Thresholds and Availability

Real-time performance metrics are analyzed based on customizable threshold ranges, and continuously presented using multi-zoned gauges that reflect optimum, cautionary, and critical performance levels. Alarming is automatically triggered when performance metrics reach levels outside established thresholds, and automated notification is initiated to immediately alert staff of potentially adverse conditions.
