In addition, ReliaTel 4.1 offers expanded Cisco Performance Dashboards that provide users with dynamic graphical displays of Cisco real-time metrics, including call activity, registered devices, channel activity, and port activity. Through these combined Avaya, Cisco and Lync capabilities, ReliaTel 4.1 delivers an end-to-end solution that empowers voice and network teams to more effectively ensure UC service levels.
